Paid Time Off
In order to encourage employees to have balance in their lives, Lohman Company offers a Paid Time Off ("PTO") program. PTO is designed to provide employees with the flexibility to take time off from work for any personal reason. Some possible uses of PTO include vacation, sickness, disability, maternity/paternity leave, personal business, bereavement, etc.

Holidays
Lohman Company provides eight paid holidays each year.  In addition, Lohman Company provides six additional paid floating holidays each year.  The Firm's intention is to close the office every Friday in July as part of these six floating holidays.

Community and Professional Memberships
The firm is a strong supporter of staff participation in appropriate civic and professional organizations. In fact, the firm pays the cost of membership in professional organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Professional Development
Because we expect our people to grow, we commit the necessary time and resource dollars to our training program. Professional development benefits we have in place include:

  • CPA Exam and Review Course Reimbursement
  • Continuing Education – Both internal and external CPE training is provided

Business Casual
Typical dress is business casual.  

Jeans Fridays
On Fridays employees can wear jeans.
