 Jay
A. Lohman, CPA
President

As president of Lohman Company, PLLC, Jay’s primary
role is the overall management of the firm and the coordination of compilation,
review, audit, tax and consulting engagements. Jay formed Lohman Company, PLLC,
a Certified Public Accounting and Consulting Firm, in 2000. He has been in
public accounting since 1966. Jay worked as a cost accountant and purchasing
agent in the manufacturing industry prior to entering the public accounting
profession. For ten years, Jay served as the managing partner and president of
Ferris, Busscher & Lohman, P.C., a multi-office certified public accounting firm
in Michigan. In 1985, he joined the Phoenix office of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP
(the seventh largest CPA and consulting firm in the US) and served as a partner
from 1985 to June of 2000. The industries in which he has substantive
experience include technology, manufacturing, distribution, construction and
service. Jay is a graduate of Davenport College with an Associate in Science
degree in Business Administration and a graduate of Aquinas College with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in
Accountancy. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and
Michigan. Jay is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, Michigan
Association of Certified Public Accountants, Enterprise Network and the Arizona
Business Leadership Association.
 Cati
M. Piorkowski, CPA

As partner, tax services,
Cati is responsible for managing the firm’s tax services which focus on
closely-held, owner-managed businesses and their owners. She has been in public
accounting since 1990. Cati joined the firm in 2001 and previously worked for
national, regional and local public accounting firms. She has substantive
experience in manufacturing, distribution and service industries, real estate
investment partnerships, non-profit organizations and personal income tax. Cati
is a member of the firm’s management team. She is a graduate of Northern
Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. Cati is a
Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified
Public Accountants.

As partner, general
services, Craig is responsible for managing the firm’s audit and accounting
services which focus on closely-held, owner-managed businesses and their
owners. He has been in the field of accounting since 1992 and in public
accounting since 2000. Craig joined the firm in 2000 and previously worked for
various national, regional and local companies. His areas of emphasis include
technology, manufacturing, distribution and construction industries and
non-profit organizations. Craig acts as the firm’s technology, information and
network administrator and is a member of the firm’s management team. He is a
graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accountancy. Craig is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and is
a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Arizona State University's
School of Accountancy Professional Advisory Board. He has also
obtained the Certified Information
Technology Professional (“CITP”) credential from the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants.
 Seth P. Marty, Jr., CPA

As partner, general services, Seth is responsible for
coordinating and managing audit and accounting engagements which
focus on closely-held, owner-managed businesses and their
owners. He has been in public accounting since 1995. Seth
joined the firm in 2002 and previously worked for the seventh
largest U.S. public accounting firm. His areas of emphasis
include construction, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare,
radio broadcasting, technology and hospitality industries. Seth is a member of the firm’s management team.
He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Accountancy magna cum laude. Seth is a
Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and is a member
of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Construction Financial Management Association. He is also a
member of the Northern Arizona University Accounting Advisory
Council and coordinates the firm’s college recruiting.
