March 31, 2004 -- During May 2003, we sent a letter to our clients providing business practice information to help minimize internal control problems.  Included with the letter was an internal control checklist that highlights some of the internal control weaknesses common to closely-held businesses.  The letter and the internal control checklist can be viewed on our webpage at www.lohmancompany.com.
