Expansion of Firm
October 7, 2004 -- Lohman Company, PLLC is proud and
excited
to announce the additions of Kari Y. Kidd, CPA as manager, Rebecca L.
Brown, CPA as senior, and Leann Cork and Kami Welker as staff
accountants to our firm.
Kari Y. Kidd, CPA - Manager
- Kari’s primary focus will be to manage business, non-profit, and
individual tax engagements.
- Kari has eleven years of experience providing tax planning, tax
consulting and tax compliance services to a variety of closely held
businesses and their owners. She is a graduate of the University of
Illinois with a B.S. degree in Physiology. Kari also obtained a
post-baccalaureate degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University. She
is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society
of Certified Public Accountants.
Rebecca L. Brown, CPA - Senior
- Rebecca’s primary focus will be to manage financial statement
engagements and assist clients with special projects.
- Rebecca has six years of experience providing audit, review and
compilation services and accounting assistance to various industries. She
is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Accountancy cum laude. Rebecca is a Certified Public Accountant licensed
in Arizona and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Leann Cork - Staff Accountant
- Leann’s primary focus will be to assist with audit, review and
compilation engagements as well as individual and business tax engagements.
- Leann has three years of industry accounting experience. She is a
graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accountancy and she has received a Small Business Certificate.
Kami Welker - Staff Accountant
- Kami’s primary focus will be to assist with individual and business tax
engagements as well as audit, review and compilation engagements.
- Kami has two years of industry accounting experience. She is a graduate
of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Kari, Rebecca, Leann and Kami
all have a high level of integrity and will assist our firm in proactively
