February 9, 2006 -- Lohman Company, PLLC is proud and excited to announce the promotions of Seth P. Marty, Jr., CPA as Senior Manager and Rebecca L. Brown, CPA as Manager.

These promotions reflect the growing roles each of these professionals perform in serving clients and managing our firm. 

Seth P. Marty, Jr., CPA - Senior Manager

• Seth is responsible for coordinating and managing audit, review and compilation engagements. He will also be a member of the firm's management team.
   
• Seth joined Lohman Company, PLLC in July 2002 and has been in public accounting since 1995. His areas of emphasis include construction, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and radio broadcasting industries, and country club organizations.

Rebecca L. Brown, CPA - Manager

• Rebecca's primary focus will be to manage compilation, review and audit engagements.
   
• Rebecca joined Lohman Company, PLLC in August 2004 and has been in public accounting since 1998. Her areas of emphasis include healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, radio broadcasting and construction industries, and employee benefit plans.
