FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASELohman Company, PLLC Announces New Hires Expansion of Firm June 29, 2006 -- Jay Lohman, founder and president of Lohman Company, PLLC, a certified public accounting firm, is pleased to announce that four new professionals have joined the growing team: Ann Starr joins the firm as senior, while Allison Ihle, Alicia Martone and Connie Mudd have joined as staff accountants. In addition, Amanda Ceja has joined the firm as an administrative assistant. “We are continually striving to add employees who have high levels of integrity and experience to our firm,” said Lohman. “These incoming employees will help our current staff in proactively delivering superior professional services to our clients.” Starr, a North Phoenix resident, will focus on employee benefit audits as well as individual and business tax engagements. She has eight years of experience in public accounting, most recently having worked for the nation’s seventh largest public accounting firm. Starr also holds a bachelor degree in accountancy from Arizona State University. Ihle, a Mesa resident, will focus on audit, review and compilation engagements as well as individual and business tax engagements. Her work experience includes property management and bookkeeping. Ihle is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and has a bachelor’s in accountancy. Martone, a Litchfield Park resident, will focus on audit, review and compilation engagements. She has three years experience in public accounting, most recently having worked for the fifth largest international public accounting firm. Martone is a graduate of Long Island University and has a bachelor’s in accountancy, magna cum laude. Mudd, a Mesa resident, will focus on audit, review and compilation engagements as well as individual and business tax engagements. She completed an associate’s degree in business administration at Coconino Community College in 2003 and graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy. Ceja, a Mesa resident, will focus on internal office support to partners and employees. She has seven years in professional environments as an administrative assistant/receptionist, most recently having worked for a prominent accounting firm in Oregon.
