FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASELohman Company, PLLC Announces Five New Hires Expansion of Firm October 25, 2006 -- Jay Lohman, founder and president of Lohman Company, PLLC, a certified public accounting firm, is pleased to announce that five new professionals have joined the growing team: Mary Foretich joins the firm as tax manager and Pancho Meyer and Patrick Meier have joined as staff accountants. In addition, Anne Page and Nicole Peterson-Barnett have joined as receptionists. “We are continually looking for experienced and hard-working team members to better serve our clients,” said Lohman. “This incoming group exemplifies just that – they bring a wealth of experience and education to our growing firm.” Foretich, a Gilbert resident, has nearly 30 years experience in public accounting, most recently having owned her own tax practice. She has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Arizona State University (ASU). Foretich is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Arizona Society of CPAs. Meyer, a Glendale resident, has 10 years experience, most recently having served as vice president of operations for a building maintenance company. He earned a Bachelor of Science in finance in 1999 from ASU. He received his post-baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy this year from ASU. Meier, a Phoenix resident, recently completed his Masters in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He also received his Bachelor of Science in accounting there in 2004, where he graduated magna cum laude. Page, a Phoenix resident, has been hired as the firm’s receptionist. She has a Bachelor of Science in speech pathology/audiology from Northern Arizona University, where she graduated cum laude.
