FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASELohman Company, PLLC Announces Three New Hires Expansion of Firm December 13, 2006 -- Jay Lohman, founder and president of Lohman Company, PLLC, a certified public accounting firm, is pleased to announce that three new professionals have joined the growing team: Sal Hernandez as a senior accountant; Sophia Ghartey and Anu Iyengar as staff accountants. “Our firm is experiencing a growth period, and these new employees are ready to take on the challenge,” said Lohman. “They’re all highly qualified professionals and we are already benefiting from their expertise.” Hernandez, a Mesa resident, has 10 years experience in public and private accounting. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in accounting from the University of Southern California in 1996. Ghartey, a Laveen resident, has two years of audit experience. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in accounting in 2001 and a Masters in accounting and information systems in 2002 from Arizona State University. In addition, Ghartey is a volunteer at St. Mary’s Food Bank and the former vice president of marketing of the Black Business Student Association at ASU. Iyengar, a Gilbert resident, has three years experience in providing individual income tax services. She received her electrical engineering degree in 1997.
