Continued Growth of Lohman Company, PLLC
Expansion of Firm
March 7, 2007 -- In our on-going efforts to provide
all of our valued clients with excellent service, we are pleased to
announce the addition of three new employees to our team: Sal R.
Hernandez as Senior, Sophia Ghartey, Anu N. Iyengar, and Pat C. Cameron
as staff accountants.
We are also pleased to welcome back to our firm Seth P.
Marty, Jr. as Senior Manager and Wendy A. Carrasco as Senior.
Sal R. Hernandez -
Senior
- Sal’s primary focus will be to assist with audit, review
and compilation engagements.
- Sal has been in public and private accounting for
approximately 10 years. He previously worked for one of the
"Big Four" U.S. public accounting firms located in Los
Angeles, California and worked at a private manufacturing
and distribution company in Chandler, Arizona. Sal is a
graduate of University of Southern California with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
Sophia Ghartey - Staff Accountant
- Sophia’s primary focus will be to assist with audit,
review and compilation engagements.
- Sophia has been in public accounting for approximately
two years and previously worked for one of the "Big Four"
U.S. public accounting firms. She is a graduate of Arizona
State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accountancy and a Masters degree in Accountancy and
Information Systems.
Anu N. Iyengar -
Staff Accountant
- Anu’s primary focus will be to assist with individual,
estate and trust tax engagements.
- Anu has been in public accounting for approximately
three years and previously worked for an accounting firm in
Texas. Anu is an engineer turned accountant. Prior to
becoming an accountant, she worked for two years with a
semiconductor manufacturing company in Boise, Idaho. She
obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics
Engineering from India and a Master of Science in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Utah.
Pat A. Cameron -
Staff Accountant
- Pat’s primary focus will be to assist with audit, review
and compilation engagements as well as individual and
business tax engagements.
- Pat has been in public accounting for approximately
three years and previously worked for a public accounting
firm in Maumee, Ohio providing audit, tax, and consulting
services. While attending school, Pat worked in industry,
with an emphasis in corporate tax and general accounting
services. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo with
a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accountancy
and has a Master of Business Administration from the
University of Findlay.
Seth P. Marty, Jr. -
Senior Manager
- Seth's primary focus will be to coordinate and manage
audit, review and compilation engagements. He will continue
to ensure that we maintain our firm’s commitment to high
quality standards and delivering them in a manner that
exceeds our client’s expectations.
- Seth has been in public accounting for 11 years and
previously worked for the seventh largest U.S. public
accounting firm. His areas of emphasis include
construction, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and
radio broadcasting industries and country club
organizations, and he is a member of the firm's management
team. Seth is a graduate of Northern Arizona University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy magna cum
laude. Seth is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in
Arizona and is a member of the Arizona Society of Certified
Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Construction Financial Management
Association. He is also the president of the Northern
Arizona University Accounting Advisory Council and
coordinates the firm’s college recruiting.
Wendy A. Carrasco -
Senior
- Wendy's primary focus will be to assist with audit,
review and compilation engagements.
- Wendy has been in public accounting for 10 years. Her
areas of emphasis include healthcare, technology,
construction and manufacturing industries, non-profit
organizations and employee benefit plans. Wendy is a
graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Accountancy summa cum laude and was a
Professional Advisory Board Scholar. She is a Certified
Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Sal, Sophia, Anu, Pat, Seth and
Wendy all have a high level of integrity and will assist our firm in proactively
delivering superior professional services to our clients.
