Continued Growth of Lohman Company, PLLC
Expansion of Firm
October 5, 2007 -- Lohman Company, PLLC is proud and
excited to announce the additions of Jill R. Baker as audit senior,
Andrew J. (A.J.) Baker as staff accountant, and Valerie J. Long and
Karen L. Mara as administrative assistants to our firm.
Jill R. Baker -
Audit Senior
- Jill's primary focus will be in the general services
area assisting with audit, review and compilation
engagements.
- Jill has been in public accounting for approximately 3
years. She previously worked for the fifth largest U.S.
public accounting firm. Jill is a graduate of the
University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance.
She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Minnesota
and is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified
Public Accountants.
Andrew J. (A.J.) Baker - Staff
Accountant
- A.J.'s primary focus will be to assist with audit,
review and compilation engagements as well as individual and
business tax engagements.
- A.J. is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy cum laude and a
Post-Baccalaureate Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Valerie J. Long -
Administrative Assistant
- Val’s primary focus will be to assist with ensuring
superior administrative services are provided to our
clients, contacts in the business community, and employees.
This includes processing financial statements, maintaining
the file room, purchasing office supplies, and coordinating
firm mailings and events.
- Val previously worked as an administrative assistant for
a large diversified distributor of consumer products and in
professional environments for 12 years. She is an alumni
member of the Gilbert Citizens Police Academy.
Karen L. Mara -
Administrative Assistant
- Karen's primary focus will be to assist with ensuring
superior administrative services are provided to our
clients, contacts in the business community, and employees.
She will also assist with the firm's internal billing,
accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Karen previously worked as office administrator for a
prominent CPA firm in North Carolina and she has 30 plus
years of experience in a variety of administrative
positions. She attended Salters Secretarial School in
Massachusetts and received a certificate in business
administration.
Jill, A.J., Val and Karen all have a high level of integrity and will assist our firm in proactively
delivering superior professional services to our clients.
