coordinating and managing tax compliance, planning and
consulting services, focusing primarily on closely-held, owner
managed businesses and their owners. He has been in public
accounting since 1996. Dennis joined the firm in 2007 and
previously worked for a certified public accounting firm in New
Jersey. His areas of emphasis include high net worth
individual, estate, gift and trust taxation as well as C and
consolidated C corporations, S corporations, LLCs and
partnerships. Dennis is a graduate of Bucknell University with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a
Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and
the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

the fifth largest national accounting firm as a financial
statement auditor on the manufacturing and wholesale
distribution team. She also worked as Practice Manager for a
podiatrist office. Kristen is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan
University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy, magna
cum laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in
Arizona and registered in Illinois and is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

She also assists with various client bookkeeping engagements.

of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
