 Mary C. Foretich, CPA
Senior Manager

As senior manager, tax
services, Mary is responsible for coordinating and managing tax
planning, compliance and consulting services, focusing primarily
on high net worth individuals and family groups. She has been
in public accounting since 1977, working for one of the former
“Big Six” U.S. public accounting firms, as well as a local
firm. Prior to joining Lohman Company in 2006, Mary owned her
own tax practice. Her areas of emphasis include individual,
trust, charitable, gift and estate taxation. Mary is a graduate
of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accountancy magna cum laude. She is a Certified Public
Accountant licensed in Arizona and is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona
Society of Certified Public Accounts. Mary is also a
member of the Board of Directors and the current Treasurer of the East Valley
Estate Planning
Council. She is also a member of the finance committee of
Westminster Village, a not-for-profit, lifecare, retirement
community in Scottsdale, Arizona.

As senior manager, tax services, Stuart is
responsible for coordinating and managing tax compliance, planning and
consulting services, focusing primarily on closely-held, owner-managed
businesses and their owners. He has been in public accounting since 1985.
Stuart joined the firm in 2004 and previously worked for national and local
public accounting firms. His areas of emphasis include construction, real
estate, manufacturing, distribution and service industries. Stuart is a
graduate of University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration and has a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate
University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and
California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
