As a senior manager in the firm’s tax department, Stuart provides comprehensive services related to pass-through entities and real estate development. He also serves as the firm’s specialist for finding solutions to tough technical issues and is a member of the Senior Management Group. Stuart has served a broad range of clients since joining Lohman Company in 2004 and is well respected by colleagues and clients, alike.

With over 20 years of experience, Stuart has worked for both local and national CPA firms. Over the course of his professional career, he has developed extensive expertise in the formation and operation of partnerships and LLCs. Throughout his many successful client engagements, Stuart recalls a particular client for whom he was able to restructure a $30 million deal by merging multiple LLCs into a single package that was more acceptable to the buyer. Success stories like this provide the motivation for Stuart to work as a partner with clients to achieve the best possible outcome in each situation.

Stuart has always had a natural ability to understand accounting and tax concepts. He has a unique aptitude for taking complex issues and explaining them in terms that the average person can understand. These talents, along with hard work, patience and integrity have allowed Stuart to achieve many milestones and reach the level of success he enjoys today.

Raised in Northern California, Stuart currently resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife and three children. He appreciates the fantastic weather and active lifestyle of the Grand Canyon State and enjoys spending time with family and friends when away from the office.
