Our Leadership Team

A.J. currently serves as a partner in the assurance department and is a member of the firm’s Senior Management Group. A.J. focuses on providing assurance and consulting services to privately held business across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, distribution, technology, and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, he has a specialty working with private country clubs. A.J. also performs employee benefit plan audits for clients across all industries.

A graduate of Northern Arizona University, A.J. has nearly fifteen years of professional experience and brings valuable insight to client engagements through his ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the important details. He understands the positive impact he can have on his clients’ businesses and truly enjoys helping them achieve their short and long-term goals. A.J. believes these goals are achieved through hard work, integrity and building strong and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues to earn their respect.

Originally from Colorado, A.J. has lived throughout Arizona and now resides in Mesa with his wife, Elyse, and their two sons. Outside of spending time with his family, away from the office, A.J. enjoys the many outdoor activities Arizona has to offer, including, hiking, running and golf.
