A warm welcome to our newest employee(s). We are thrilled to have you as part of our team.
Kathryn “Kat” Bartos joins us as our new People Operations (“Pops”) Specialist. Kat has a broad range of experience in HR & People Operations, ranging from recruiting to payroll to event planning. Kat holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Loras College in Dubuque Iowa, where she also played club Rugby.
Kat recently moved from Chicago to sunny Arizona and has been loving the year-round outdoor activities, especially hiking, and pickleball. Kat is married to her husband of 10 years, Johnny, and they have three “fur” babies (Gizmo, Zoey, & Penny) which keep her on her toes.

Project Professional: Nick DeCaria
Start Date: Feb 2023
Nick is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with 20 years of experience, the last 17 of which have been in management consulting. His expertise includes operational accounting, process optimization, data analysis, accounting transformations, financial reporting, financial statement preparation, FP&A, audit, and month-end close. Nick’s early career included assurance work in Big 4 public accounting and evolved to serving the residential construction, manufacturing, higher education, and financial services industries.
Nick received a Master of Accounting degree from the Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University. Nick resides in the greater Phoenix area. He enjoys hiking, watching and participating in sports, and spending time with his family.
