We are proud and excited to announce the promotion of Jill R. Durst, CPA to assurance manager and Kristen L. Czarnecki, CPA to tax senior and the addition of Lisa M. Otis and Nicole E. Lane as staff accountants to our firm.
Jill R. Durst, CPA – Assurance Manager
- Jill is responsible for coordinating and managing a variety of services including audit, review, compilation and consulting services for closely-held, owner-managed businesses.
- Jill joined Lohman Company, PLLC in 2007 and previously spent 3 years with the fifth largest U.S. public accounting firm. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and Minnesota and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jill’s areas of emphasis include healthcare, manufacturing, technology industries, non-profit organizations and employee benefit plan audits.
Kristen L. Czarnecki, CPA – Senior
- Kristen is responsible for tax services focusing on tax preparation for closely-held, owner-managed businesses and their owners.
- Kristen joined Lohman Company, PLLC in 2010 and previously spent 4 years with the fifth largest U.S. public accounting firm. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arizona and registered in Illinois and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. Kristen’s areas of emphasis include healthcare, manufacturing, technology industries and personal income tax.
Lisa M. Otis – Staff Accountant
- Lisa’s focus will be to assist with business and individual tax engagements. She will also assist with audit, review and compilation engagements.
- Lisa is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and has a Master of Accountancy from Arizona State University.
Nicole E. Lane – Staff Accountant
- Nicole’s focus will be to assist with business and individual tax engagements. She will also assist with audit, review and compilation engagements.
- Nicole graduated cum laude from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration, Emphasis in Accounting.
