Lohman Company, PLLC is pleased to announce the promotions of Dennis Hare, CPA, Amanda Lilly, CPA, and Lisa Otis, CPA. The three experienced professionals all step into new management roles within the firm—Hare as a Senior Manager, Lilly as a Tax Manager, and Otis as an Assurance Manager.

Hare joined the Lohman Company team in 2007, bringing with him 11 years of experience with a mid-market accounting firm. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, and consulting services. A graduate of Bucknell University, Hare holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is currently affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), and Phi Gamma Delta Alumni. He sits on the board of directors of the East Valley Estate Planning Council. Raised outside of Philadelphia, Hare now lives in Chandler, Arizona with his wife and two sons.
A member of the Lohman Company team since 2015, Lilly has spent the entirety of her professional accounting career with the firm. She specializes in working on business tax returns, serving both large and small clients, including both corporations and s-corporations. Lilly attended Northern Arizona University, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in Accounting. She is a member of the AICPA and the ASCPA. She currently resides in Bend, Oregon.
Otis joined Lohman Company in 2013, pivoting from an 8-year career in the hospitality industry. As an Assurance Manager, she works with clients in a variety of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, technology, real estate, not-for-profit, employee benefit plans, and more. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Accountancy from Arizona State University. Otis is a member of the AICPA and the ASCPA. Raised outside of Chicago, she currently lives in Phoenix with her boyfriend of 17 years.
