Happy Holidays! We hope everyone has had a great 2012! As we bring this year to a close, we wanted to share some of the highlights from the last few months with you.
Giving Back
Fall was a busy time for Lohman Company employees, but we made it a priority to participate in the Annual Mesa United Way campaign. This is an important event for our community and we encouraged involvement by hosting a penny war. Winners enjoyed a dress down jeans day for their efforts!
Throughout the month of November, we also held a Christmas Clothing and Toy drive for Helen's Hope Chest, a wonderful community organization that supports foster families with much needed items.
Really feeling the holiday spirit, we continued our volunteer efforts on December 12th at the United Food Bank. The entire Lohman Company staff spent the afternoon sorting 5,885 pounds of food that comes in through the donation center. This equates to 4,204 meals for area families in need!
Social Scene
We do love a good party! Any time, any reason! On Halloween, we celebrated with in-office trick-or-treating for employee's children. Several of our favorite former employees came by to share the day with us as well.
On December 21st, we'll host our Annual Lohman Company Holiday Potluck which is sure to include some great food! The white elephant gift exchange is always a hit and we'll be sure to share pictures in our next edition of The Trusted Advisor!
